Well known, well maintained hotel on the promenade near the Lago Martianez in the newer area of Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel consists of three buildings and has a large garden and sun terrace with two pools (both about 160 m2 – heated to about 22 degrees), sun beds and pool bar. Stylish, air-conditioned double rooms. King size bed. Extra bed for third adult is either a folding bed or sofa bed. Tv. Mini-bar can be rented for a fee, paid directly to hotel. Hairdryer. Bathroom with shower, toilet. Some rooms are without balcony and also with balcony overlooking the surrounding area.

Buffet breakfast as standard with full-and half-board at additional cost (including banquet Christmas Day and New Years Eve).

Built 1958 Renovated 2000 10 floors. 339 rooms. Desk. Computer with Internet, for a fee. Pool towels can be borrowed. Located on the promenade in the area with a lot of street life, no car traffic to the hotel. A shuttle bus leaves the people and luggage about 50 m from the hotel.

El Tope Hotel, Puerto de la Cruz

Gran Hotel El Tope gets consistently good reviews from our clients. This four star hotel is in a great location in Puerto de la Cruz and offers excellent views (from both the public areas and bedrooms) of The Atlantic, Mount Teide, Puerto de la Cruz and the cliffs. The hotel features a heated swimming pool, tennis court and fitness centre, lovely tropical gardens. The board basis at The El Tope is half board (breakfast and evening meal) with show cooking a feature in the air conditioned restaurant.

Please note : Hotel El Tope is on a steep hill, may not suit those with mobility difficulties (although there is a courtesy bus to resort.)

Apartments Casablanca are situated in a quiet area of Puerto de la Cruz in the North of Tenerife. There is a choice of studios, one or two bedroom apartments. Despite having over 250 apartments, the Casablanca does get fully booked so don’t hang around. These apartments are also known as Apartmentos Casablanca. Don’t worry so long as they are in Puerto de la Cruz it’s the same place.
